Every year at Dartmouth they hold a parade for July 4th on Downtown Main Street. I went to this years parade!

It was a really fun and cute small town parade. It lated for 30 minutes and then everybody head off to The Green.

There was a stage setup on The Green where they had a young girl with a great voice sing the star spangled banner followed by a fantastic speech by a WWII veteran and Dr. who works at Dartmouth.

A band setup on the stage and were playing for about an hour. I really liked the guitarists tone.

You could walk around the green where they had fire trucks from the local department of fire fighters setup so you could check them out. They had fun activities for kids such as sack racing and pony riding, and they had stalls where food was being sold.

It was a very fun day.
